چکیده
Planetary gearsets are widely used in several mechanical systems and have numerous advantages over counter-shaft gears. Despite this, the complex arrangement of components a planetary gear system makes them susceptible to noise vibration issues. An exhaustive rich literature is available on topic dynamics, but most these studies consider only parametric excitation mesh contacts while assuming an ideal power source. But contrary this popular assumption, realistic sources (IC Engine, electric motor, wind turbine, etc.) could be subjected torque fluctuations based operating conditions. The current study presents theoretical investigation load distribution dynamic behavior sets both internal external excitations. A three-dimensional model that inherently captures due elastic employed study. influence conditions system-level response local contact stress explored. Discussed results not illustrate potential also reinforce need for such computationally efficient models design analysis purposes.

Machine Theory Dynamic tooth loads of planetary gear sets having tooth profile wear
A computational model of a planetary gear set is employed to study the influence of surface wear on the dynamic behavior of a typical planetary gear set. The overall computational scheme combines a wear model that defines geometric description of contacting gear tooth surfaces having wear and a deformable-body dynamic model of a planetary gear set. The wear model employs a quasi-static gear con...
متن کاملCapacitor Placement in Distorted Distribution Network Subject to Wind and Load Uncertainty
Utilizing capacitor banks is very conventional in distribution network in order for local compensation of reactive power. This will be more important considering uncertainties including wind generation and loads uncertainty. Harmonics and non-linear loads are other challenges in power system which complicates the capacitor placement problem. Thus, uncertainty and network harmonics have been con...

This paper proposes and evaluates various dynamic load distribution strategies for CORBA applications. A general application model for CORBA applications based on the Ex-porter/Importer/Trader model is introduced. For this model, techniques for the integration of load distribution strategies are shown. To evaluate the performance of the proposed strategies, a generic test system using IONA's Or...

We propose a generalized S-Parameter analysis for transmission lines with linear/nonlinear load terminations subject to arbitrary plane wave and port excitations. S-parameters are prevalently used to model transmission lines such as cable bundles and interconnects on printed circuit boards subject to port excitations. The conventional S-parameter approach is well suited to characterize interact...
